How to Enrol
 Enrolment Procedure
- Complete the online Application Form
- Download the form
 Enrolment Form and Print a hard copy and Fax/post/bring in to Study Club
- We will issue an invoice stating fees to be paid
- Send fees by TT or bank cheque or Eftpos
- We issue a receipt
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation before you commence your course at STUDY CLUB results in full refund of all fees. In the case of cancellation or course reduction after commencement or during the first seven days of the course STUDY CLUB will refund all fees less the received tuition fee. For cancellation or course reduction after the first seven days of the course no fees are refunded.
Requests for refunds must be received in writing.
Absenteeism
In the case where a student does not attend his/her class and does not notify the school beforehand, it is still required to pay for that class. If a student cannot attend the class and advises the school at least 1 day before their class, then with approval of the registrar, the student can be given a makeup class, which he/she can take at the end of term, during the holidays. Makeup classes must be used up in the same term as they are granted and cannot carry over to the following term.
Attendance and Behavior
Absences will be recorded and must be justified.
Students must attend classes punctually and behave in a responsible manner at the academy.
Holidays
STUDY CLUB observes all New Zealand public holidays and closes for the two weeks in which Christmas and New Year are celebrated.

Easter Monday
Anzac Day
Queen's Birthday
Labour Day
